2. Client Account Creation

To make a purchase on Cose Partner’s website (cosepartnershop.com), registration is required. Registration is free and can be done via the “Newsletter Subscription” tab. A confirmation email will be sent once the registration is completed.

3. Validity Period of Offers

Offers sent electronically are valid for the period specified by Cose Partner or, if unspecified, as long as they are available on the website.

4. Purchase Process

The purchase process includes the following steps:

1. Product Selection: Add products to the cart using the “Add to Cart” button.
2. Order Validation: Click on “Order” to proceed with the purchase.
3. Information Entry: Fill in your delivery and payment details.
4. Payment Method Selection: Choose your payment method and accept the GTCS.
5. Order Confirmation: Cose Partner will send an order confirmation email.

The user can review the order summary and the GTCS at any time before validation. After confirmation, the order cannot be modified or canceled, except as provided by law.

5. Prices, Taxes, and Shipping Fees

Prices are listed in euros and include applicable taxes in France. Shipping fees are specified before the order validation and are borne by the user. Products are billed at the price in effect at the time of purchase.

Additional Insurance for Delivery: Additional insurance is not included in the standard shipping fees. To request insurance, please contact our customer service at info@cosepartnershop.com.

Shipping fees are calculated based on the size of the order. Custom duties are the responsibility of the user for custom-made products.

6. Payment Methods

Payments can be made by:

– Bank transfer

Personal data entered during payment is processed securely and confidentially. For custom-made products, full payment is required before shipment.

7. Invoicing

A proof of purchase will be sent by email. The invoice can be downloaded from the “My Orders” tab in the client account.

8. Delivery and Risk Transfer

Shipping fees are indicated during the purchase process. Ownership of the products is transferred to the user after full payment. In case of failed delivery due to user-related reasons, additional fees may apply.

Cose Partner declines all responsibility for loss, theft, or damage occurring during transportation. Risk is transferred to the user once the products leave our premises. In case of damage, the user must submit a claim to the carrier within 3 business days of receipt.

9. Claims and Liability

Cose Partner is not responsible for the following situations:

a. Incomplete payment by the user.
b. Incorrect information provided by the user.
c. Damage not visible at the time of receipt of the package.
d. Loss, theft, or damage occurring during transportation.

10. Warranty Limitations

Our handcrafted products are unique and may exhibit natural variations (knots, wood colorations). Custom-made products cannot be exact replicas and feature distinctive characteristics.

The warranty is expressly excluded in the following cases:

– Use of the product without the original packaging.
– Damage caused by animals, chemicals, or improper use.
– Color deterioration due to sun exposure.
– Indirect damages or any kind of loss.
– Personal or material damage caused by failure to follow the instructions provided by Cose Partner.

Handcrafted Clocks: No warranty is provided on the quartz mechanism. No refunds or exchanges are available for issues related to the mechanism.

12. Right of Withdrawal and Returns

In accordance with Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, there is no right of withdrawal for personalized products. For standard products, the user has 14 days to return the product at their own expense. The product must be returned in perfect condition, with all accessories. No returns are accepted for custom-made products.

13. Force Majeure

Cose Partner is not liable for delays or non-performance due to force majeure events (strikes, natural disasters, etc.).

14. Personal Data Protection

Cose Partner is committed to complying with data protection laws (Law No. 78-17 and GDPR).

15. Intellectual Property

All elements of the website and products are the exclusive property of Cose Partner and cannot be reproduced without prior authorization.

16. Partial Nullity, Governing Law, and Jurisdiction

If any clause of these GTCS is found to be invalid, the other clauses will remain in effect. These GTCS are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, the courts of Annecy will have exclusive jurisdiction.
